DNS/hosting configuration for a customer-provided or Provider-arranged custom domain.

Provider-arranged standard .co.uk domain
Registration and annual renewal for a standard .co.uk domain. Premium or non-standard domains quoted separately.

Website/code handover
Source-code/repository handover, deployment notes, and one handover session.

Additional changes or development
New pages, redesign, new functionality, copywriting, integrations, or work outside basic changes.

Only one arrangement applies per site. Custom-domain setup and annual domain fees depend on the option you choose.
Good to know
A few limits from our core terms that most customers ask about first.
- Setup fees are payable before work starts; recurring fees monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Managed hosting includes email support for faults and 30 minutes/month of basic content changes.
- Monthly services can be cancelled on 30 days’ written notice, subject to accrued fees and committed third-party costs.
- Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
